Dear people of Mpongwe West,

I have always believed that leadership is about service, not self-interest. Growing up in Mpongwe, I witnessed firsthand the challenges our communities face — from inadequate healthcare facilities to poor road networks, from water scarcity to limited educational opportunities. These experiences shaped my resolve to make a difference.

When Mpongwe Constituency was delimited into Mpongwe East and Mpongwe West, I saw it as an opportunity to provide more focused representation to our communities. With 8 wards, 34 polling stations, and 37 streams, Mpongwe West deserves a leader who knows every village, every challenge, and every aspiration of its people.

My vision for Mpongwe West is built on four pillars:

Infrastructure Development — Better roads, bridges, and community facilities

Healthcare Access — Upgraded health centres and mobile clinics for remote areas

Education Excellence — Modern schools, trained teachers, and bursaries for the needy

Economic Empowerment — Support for farmers, SMEs, and youth enterprises

Under the visionary leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND government, I am confident that together, we can transform Mpongwe West into a model constituency. I humbly ask for your support and your vote in August 2026.

Together, we can!

Hon. Emmanuel Kasambo
